TERM AND HOLIDAY DATES FOR 2010/2011 ACADEMIC YEAR

These are the term dates for Lewisham schools in the academic year 2010-11.

AUTUMN TERM
Monday 6th September – Friday 22nd October (38 days)
  Half Term | Monday 25th October – Friday 29th October
Monday 1st November – Friday 17th December (35 days)

SPRING TERM
Tuesday 4th January – Friday 18th February (34 days)
  Half Term | Monday 21st February – Friday 25th February
Monday 28th February – Friday 8th April (30 days)

SUMMER TERM
Tuesday 26th April – Friday 27th May (23 days)
  Half Term | Monday 30th May – Friday 3rd June
Monday 6th June – Friday 22nd July (35 days)

Total: 195 days

Children should attend for 190 days each academic year. Teachers should be available to work for 195 days each academic year.

Bank Holidays

Christmas 2010 and New Year 2011 fall at the weekend, so the bank holidays shift to the following weekday.

'Boxing Day' bank holiday - 28 December 2010
'New Year' bank holiday - 3 January 2011
Good Friday - 22 April 2011
Easter Monday - 25 April 2011
